WTO DSP can be used by developing countries and decveloped countries alike to settle disputes related to trade.I hope the DSP mechanism will be made more transparent and procedural flaws will be taken care off in times to come.The most fundamental problem is access to legal assistance and effective participation of some countries who are weak economically and politically.I hope WTO will not remain a mercantilist organization and will discuss issues objectively based on data and facts put in right perspective.Dr Somesh.K.Mathur [view message]
